We are sorry you are unhappy with your Pakayak kayak. 

To make sure no damage occurs during shipping, please pack up the boat into the bag as it was when it was received including all cardboard, tape, etc. to protect the hull from scratches and gouges. Set the foot pedals all the way down into the recessed area and in the LOCKED position. Make sure the cockpit pad is covering the five clamps on section 3, the last one on top when packed, so they don't scratch the part underneath. Place the bagged kayak in the original box. Be sure all cardboard inserts are in place or there is packing paper in the corners around the bag. See photos below for reference. 

If we find that your return is not in like-new condition due to use or incorrect packaging for shipping, we may deduct a 15% or more restocking fee from your refund depending on the condition of the boat. If your return has been used and cannot be restored to like-new condition, we will contact you with possible options which might include returning it to you at your expense. 

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as Pakayak is unable to provide credit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

Your return must have your RMA number on it. Please write it on the outside of the box. If you don't have one, please fill out an RMA request.
